Payments and cancellation policy
Payment Information
ALL trips require a $100 deposit (Remaining trip balance will be due at the time of the trip, cash and card are accepted, however there is a service charge fee for credit card transactions).
Once deposit is made, your selected date will be reserved and other trips will be denied booking for that date.
If you enjoyed your trip with Capt. Jeff, gratuities are always appreciated!
Cancellation Policy
In the event where a cancellation needs to be made, it must be done 7 days prior to trip and all monies including deposit will be refunded. If cancellation occurs less than 7 days prior to trip, your deposit will not be refundable. In the event where a trip needs to be rescheduled, please be courteous and do so in a timely manner so the captain can fill in your reserved date. No shows will be charged full amount for the trip and will be billed on the card used for deposit.
Trips are subject to cancellation by captain due to un-safe weather and/or conditions. In the event the captain needs to cancel your trip he will contact you and reschedule and your deposit will be refunded. Your safety is our number one concern!
